Admission Details and Admission Form Download
Any student can seek admission in to Global Academy Naharlagun provided the parents and students are ready to abide by the rules and regulations of the school. The application process begins from January for the following session i.e March. A copy of registration / application form is attached with the school prospectus. This form, duly filled in must reach the school office on or before the notified date. The authority reserves the right to cancel any application without showing any reason. The candidate should personally present with their parent / guardians At the time of admission.
When applying for admission the candidates are required to enclosed the following documents-
a. Birth Certificate.
b. Transfer Certificate original. (T.C)
c. Character Certificate. (C.C)
d. Home examination / Board Examination result of the previous class / school.
e. Cast Certificate.
f. Three (3) recent passport size photographs.
(ii) Entrance test:-
The admission to the school is made on the basic of an entrance test and a personal interview conducted by the admission committee. The admission committee judges application on the basis of academic ability, character, ability to fit in to a multi culture environment.
Syllabus for admission test will be based on the syllabus of the subject in the class in which the student is presently studying. The written examination for admission to various classes will be conducted as follows:-

However admission to Nursery class will be only on the basis of personal interview and required age (3+yrs)..
(iii) Academic session:-
For the current session the school is having classes from Nursery to VIII. The academic session will start from the 2nd week of March every year till late February. The academic year is divided in to two term. The first term will be from March to September and the second will be from October to February of the subsequent year. Each term will have two formative and one summative assessments to assess scholastic and co scholastic areas. The assessment will be indicated in grades. The grading scale for scholastic areas is a nine point grading scale whereas co scholastic is three to five point scale.
